New Star Wars Tattoo Art Shirts from StarWarsShop.com!

We're pleased to announce that StarWarsShop.com, in cooperation with Shane Turgeon and The Force in the Flesh, will be releasing a limited line of licensed Star Wars tattoo shirts featuring designs by artists featured in the book!

The first shirt in this series was designed by Adam Hays from Red Rocket Tattoo in New York. It features his wildly popular "No Roses Grow on a Trooper's Grave" design and is completed with the addition of his signature on the back of the shirt. These shirts are limited to 600 and come in a special collectors tin which also features the artwork.

This awesome shirt is now up for pre-sale here! and are limited to 600 so act fast! If this shirt sells well, it will mean more Star Wars tattoo products will be made available from Lucasfilm!

Holiday Promo: The Book, The Flash, the "I Love" Shirt!

It's that time of year again and we here at The Force in the Flesh want to offer everyone a special lil' something for the Holidays.

First off, in a recent reorganization, i found a hidden box of the renowned "I Love My Star Wars Tattoo" t-shirt designed by LA Ink star Hannah Aitchison. This design was strictly limited to 250 pieces and was offered as a Celebration 4 and Europe exclusive. This shirt was sold out before uncovering this box which contains only 15 shirts. These are the last 15 shirts and once they're gone, they're gone. Shirts are $40 US plus shipping.

Secondly, I'm proud to offer our set of "The Force in the Flash" for online sale - for the first ever time. This set of flash was previously only available at conventions and features unique and never before seen artwork from all of the artists featured in the book. This four page set was designed by the book's designer Jeff Correll to match the book's interior graphics. This set was strictly limited to 50 pieces and several sets have already been sold. The Force in the Flesh at Kat Von D's Musink Festival!

In our first convention appearance of 2008, we're pleased to announce that "The Force in the Flesh" will be available at the Musink Festival in Costa Mesa, California running February 22-24. Our booth will be located in the Artist Building (#10 as seen here on the Musink website) close to the High Voltage/LA Ink booth. Shane will be present selling and signing any and all copies purchased at the show and Hannah Aitchison, who is featured in "The Force in the Flesh", will also be happy to sign any copies brought by her booth.

If you're planning to attend, be sure to come by and pick up a signed copy!

The Force in the Flesh Appearances in Plano, Texas and Edmonton, Alberta!

This weekend "The Force in the Flesh" will be available at two exciting events. The first are the Star Wars Fan Days taking place this Saturday and Sunday in Plano, Texas. Head on over to our good friends at the Official Pix booth where they'll be selling copies of the book. If Texas is too far away and you're closer to Alberta, the other land of oil and cattle, be sure to check out the Pop Culture Fair where author Shane Turgeon will be on hand selling and signing copies of this highly talked about new publication!

The Force in the Flesh Brings Star Wars Tattoos to the Calgary Tattoo and Arts Festival!

I'm pleased to announce that i'll be attending the 2007 Calgary Tattoo and Arts Festival taking place September 1st, 2nd and 3rd at the Calgary Round Up Center. I'll be there selling and signing copies of The Force in the Flesh and plenty of the artists featured in the book will be at the convention, including Hannah Aitchison, Matt Ellis, Justin Kovesy, Scott Veldhoen and many more, so you'll never know who might be hanging around the booth. If you're in Alberta, be sure to stop by and check out what has become one of Canada's premiere tattoo events.

The Force in the Flesh at Celebration Europe and the San Diego Comic Con!

We will be at Celebration Europe in London, England from July 13 - 15 with another big Star Wars tattoo exhibit and competition! We've got some great things in store for what is shaping up to be an amazing event! If you're in the area, you're not going to want to miss this one! We will also have a very limited number of "The Force in the Flesh" at Celebration Europe as well.

And "The Force in the Flesh" desginer Jeff Correll will be joining us again for a signing, this time at the San Diego Comic Con, July 26 - 29, where we'll be set up in the Star Wars pavilion with our good friends Official Pix. "The Force in the Flesh" will be for sale throughout the convention and Jeff and Shane will be more than happy to sign copies.

It's going to be a busy summer but we're looking forward to meeting you all while we're on the road!

The Force in the Flesh will be officially unveiled at Celebration IV in Los Angeles on May 24th, 2007 in conjunction with the Star Wars tattoo events scheduled to run throughout the weekend (brought to you by www.tattoosandtoys.com)!

If you thought what we put together for CIII was awesome, then you're sure to be blown away this year. Once again we'll have a large exhibit in the Fan Force Hall where everyone will be able to pick up their copies of "The Force in the Flesh", check out our highly visual exhibit, and register for the Star Wars tattoo competition! This fan favourite event will be held on Sunday the 27th in the Celebration Theatre from 3pm - 430pm. Immediately following the competition, Star Wars tattoo enthusiasts will be invited to the Fan Club Lounge to attend a special Star Wars tattoo meet and greet where everyone will be able to mingle about, show of their work and get to know one another.

And that's not all! We will have an exclusive, licensed Star Wars tattoo shirt available at our Celebration IV exhibit. The shirt was designed by renowned tattoo artist Hannah Aitchison and is sure to please everyone who has a Star Wars tattoo!
